The BarrePlus method combines elements of Ballet, Pilates and Aerobics. The method integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape your entire body.

You do not need to be a dancer, our philosophy is to work on functional movements targeting not only women but men, children, pregnant ladies and the older generation.

The BarrePlus method is dynamic and energising, which targeting all major muscle groups and also improving posture. The results are amazing: sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat and elongated thighs, in no time at all!


The Barre industry predominantly targets women and dancers. With BarrePlus we have designed a workout to benefit everyone, including men, children, pregnant women and seniors.

Often Barre workouts will consist of no longer than exercises 15 minutes actually spent at the Barre. However with BarrePlus, as the name suggests, a much larger proportion is spent at the Barre. For example, a class usually consists of 15 mins of upper body strength exercise, 15 mins of Pilates core stability, and 30 minutes at the Barre (cardio included).
