What is BarrePlus?
The BarrePlus method combines elements of Ballet, Pilates and Aerobics. The method integrates the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape your entire body.
You do not need to be a dancer, our philosophy is to work on functional movements targeting not only women but men, children, pregnant ladies and the older generation.
The BarrePlus method is dynamic and energising, which targeting all major muscle groups and also improving posture. The results are amazing: sculpted arms, flat abs, a lifted seat and elongated thighs, in no time at all!
Developed and trademarked by Sandrine, mother of five, founder, owner and qualified Master Trainer of Pilates at Sandrine’s Pilates. BarrePlus a total body workout – a fusion of Ballet, Pilates and Aerobics. This intensive, fun, body-sculpting workout has been adapted from a Ballet Barre fitness concept using Sandrine’s 20 years’ experience of Pilates as well as a background in ballet, dancing and fitness.

The complete BarrePlus certification programme is divided into three separate sections consisting of the following:
BarrePlus Comprehensive Course
BarrePlus with Accessories
The course provides you with the foundations and specific knowledge to be able to teach the BarrePlus method.
It also includes a repertoire with the ball, magic circle, the resistance band and cardio exercises.
How is it Different?
The Barre industry predominantly targets women and dancers. With BarrePlus we have designed a workout to benefit everyone, including men, children, pregnant women and seniors.
Our Pregnancy Workshop is a one-day workshop which will leave you knowledgeable and confident in instructing pregnancy one-on-one sessions and group classes.
Our Children Workshop is a one-day event which will give you the know-how to prepare, teach and modify exercises for group sessions of children.
